Strongly constructed four column steel body. Conical,sand hopper with a vibrator motor.
Butterfly-valve for the sand charge. Steel table for the core box lifting. Two side clamping units which are having hydraulic movement. Gassing plate with linear movement. The enclosure cabinet having transparent doors. The hydraylic valve unit is mounted on the machine and the hydraulic tank unit is outside the machine cabinet for easy maintenance. The pneumatic valve unit, which are in protective cabinet, is on the machine body. Electric cabinet having all automatic and manuel control panel on it,. controlled by a PLC The easy control of the machine from the outside the machine prevents the operator contact with the sand. Core shooter has double shoot cycle, side clamps on-off, ejector on-off, cycle counter, sand charge cycle standard. The shooting head has a special design and does not have any part in it for the maintenance. The compressed air tank has the shooting and discharging valves 'on it. The shooting and discharging valves are standard. Shooting head has sand level sensor. Shooting head design allows the shooting air compacts the sand to the core box with lower pressure to achieve dimensional quality and compactness..
